Got my lab results from my yearly. I was nervous because this was the test to see if Keto really was working. And it is!!
Weight is down, A1C is down from 6.1 to 5.7. Cholesterol is from 206 down to 157. So yea, I’m happy, Doctor is happy. Can’t wait to see what changes occur in 4 months when I go back for more blood work.
